What your form of therapy that’s not actually therapy?!

What do you do when you’re stressed? Do you go shopping, dive into a good book, or spend time with friends?

Along with spending time with friends, I love to sweat out the stress. Within a few minutes of working out, any of the stress I was holding within me suddenly releases. Maybe this is too much information, but with each bead of sweat, a little bit more of my stress disappears.

Without my gym routine, I feel like I might explode. Even just a short walk releases me from my anxiety but I will always prefer my Barre classes where I go four times a week. The studio I go to is so welcoming and it feels as though I belong there.
