Now that there are only three (3) months left in the year, it’s time to check in on everyone’s Goodreads challenge progress. So far I’ve read (or listened to) about 197 books this year. My original goal for the year was 150 books but have had to up the hat a few times this year, which surprised me (now its up to 220).
Usually by September or October, I get this block where I can’t focus on any book (no matter how good it is). Maybe its my master’s program making it easier for me (well ensuring) that I read frequently. Still, reading almost 200 books in one year is impressive for me at least. I was going back through my prior year’s challenges and realized I was lucky if I hit 100 books before this and I’m kind of proud of myself.
Anyone else having a great reading year?
